Mirror Copper PVD Finish

Mirror Stainless Steel is made by Highly polishing the Stainless Steel to a Mirror Finish, the Stainless Steel can then be Coloured to Suit, PVD Mirror Copper is a great alternative to real Copper as it will not Tarnish and patina like Copper will and it is a much harder and more durable finish.

How is Mirror Copper PVD Made

This finish is made by starting with a pre Mirror polished sheet of Stainless Steel, it is then coloured with a process called PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) during this process Titanium Atoms are fired into the surface of the stainless with a particular process giving the Titanium a chance to change into a Copper Colour before embedding into the Stainless Steel and becoming the new surface.
