Every kitchen starts as 304 or 316 stainless steel. Coloured finishes are PVD coated or electroplated here in Sydney, so the colour sits on real metal.

Wipe with warm soapy water and a soft microfibre cloth, following the grain. No abrasive pads or harsh cleaners.
